Refund & Return Policy

Effective date: 11 October 2026

SMSRAVE sells digital services — subscriptions and digital sender/connector licences. Because these are delivered electronically and used immediately, the following applies. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country.

1. In-app purchases (Google Play)

Subscriptions and purchases made inside the Android app are processed by Google Play. Refunds for these are handled by Google under the Google Play refund policy. Request a refund through your Google Play account (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions), or contact us and we will help where we can.

2. Website purchases (Paystack)

• Subscriptions: You may request a refund within 48 hours of a charge if you have not substantially used the paid features during that period, or in the case of a duplicate or accidental charge. After that window, payments for the current period are non-refundable, but you can cancel to stop future renewals.
• Sender & connector purchases: These are digital goods licensed to your account and are non-refundable once created, downloaded or installed, except where the item is faulty and we cannot fix it.
• Custom sender creation fees are charged for creating the sender and are non-refundable once the sender has been created, except where creation failed and you were still charged.

3. Cancellation

Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period unless clause 2 applies. Cancel website plans from Dashboard → Subscription, and in-app plans from Google Play.

4. Faulty or undelivered service

If you paid for a plan or sender and it was not delivered or does not work as described, contact us and we will fix it or refund the affected amount.

5. How to request a refund

Email billing@smsrave.com with your account email and the payment reference, or use our contact form. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
