These Terms govern your use of the SMSRAVE Android app and the smsrave.com platform ("the Service"), operated by [your registered legal entity name], Lagos, Nigeria. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. The Service is not intended for children.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your password secure and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use & your responsibility for messages

• You may use SMSRAVE only for lawful messaging that you are authorised to send.
• You are solely responsible for the content of messages you send and for obtaining any consent recipients' require. You must comply with all applicable laws and carrier rules, including anti-spam and data-protection laws (for example the NDPR, and where applicable TCPA/GDPR).
• No unsolicited bulk messaging, phishing, fraud, harassment, malware or other illegal or abusive content.
• When you set SMSRAVE as your default SMS app, it manages your messages on your device to provide its features. You control which forwarding, auto-reply, poll and sync rules are active.

4. Subscriptions, billing & the sender store

• SMSRAVE offers a Free plan and paid plans (Mini and Regular). Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose.
• In-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing; website purchases are processed by Paystack. By purchasing you also accept the applicable processor's terms.
• Subscriptions may renew according to the plan you select; you can cancel future renewals from your dashboard (website) or Google Play (in-app) at any time.
• Senders and connectors bought or created in the sender store are licensed to your account for use within SMSRAVE.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, and carrier or device limitations are outside our control.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMSRAVE is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for message delivery failures, carrier charges, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Account & Data Deletion).

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the courts of Lagos State, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
